Development designed by Box Architects wins NHBC Award

A scheme of 55 retirement living units designed for McCarthy & Stone Retirement Lifestyles in Morpeth, has won an NHBC Pride in the Job Award which recognises excellence in on-site management.

The development includes 27 two-bedroom and 28 one-bedroom apartments as well as additional living space for residents’ families when visiting, a communal homeowners lounge and a fully landscaped garden for resident use.
