Lee qualified as an architect in 2004 and has a broad range of project experience across all RIBA work stages.
Lee has worked on a comprehensive spectrum of projects in the public, private and government sectors, including healthcare, education, private residential and the Ministry of Defence.
As Public Sector Lead at Box Architects, Lee is focused on developing work within this sector and drawing on his previous experience in the design and delivery of these fundamental facilities. These include both Children’s and Adolescent Services and Aseptics Pharmacy at Leeds General Infirmary, the MRI scanning facility at York Hospital, Frederick Holmes SEND School as well as multiple facilities at Catterick and Kendrew Barracks.
Lee is passionate about the importance of training the next generation of architects. He is a part-time tutor at the University of Huddersfield, and is also actively involved in the mentoring of students through the Box Architect’s in-house programme, Box Academy.
