Simon has 35 years of architectural experience, working on a wide range of private sector projects across the country.
He began his career as an architectural technician and later became an architect, securing RIBA Corporate Membership in 1997.
As an Associate at Box Architects, Simon is responsible for the day-to-day running of all McCarthy & Stone projects, from initial design through to site attendance during the construction phase. He leads an experienced team that delivers the roll-out of retirement living projects across the north east of England.
Simon is the practice champion for the living/residential sector. With more than three decades of experience, he has acquired a unique understanding of the residential sector. Simon has been tasked with evaluating the private housing markets, exploring areas of potential growth, demographics and how Box Architects can best serve its clients.
