Previously known as Rivers House, this striking building was originally constructed in 1949 as offices. Box Architects were appointed from conception to completion of this project, including all aspects of the interior design from the concierge area to all the furniture and fittings.
Set in the middle of the Financial Quarter in Leeds, the new Park Square Residence provides a development of high-quality residential apartments set in an imposing Georgian building on the edge of one of Leeds’ beautiful city centre parks. Finished to the highest standard, the 63 luxury apartments are designed in a contemporary style.
Park Square Residence also has a private rooftop external communal space for all the residents. The finishes utilised for the roof had to be carefully considered to ensure the design intent was delivered while working with the structural constraints of the roof – creativity and practicality delivered in the heart of the city.
