Chris Marlow, Architect

With more than seven years’ post-RIBA Part 2 experience, Chris’s works largely within the residential and commercial sectors under Design and Build contracts. His attention to detail and considerable understanding of modern construction methods is already resulting in clients specifically requesting him to be involved in their project delivery.

Chris has strong knowledge of the planning system and building regulations. His knowledge also spreads across managing building regulations compliance, managing planning applications and construction detailing.

Notable projects include the Cumberland Hotel in Oxford Street (refurbishment of 1930’s steel frame building at Marble Arch), Providence Place, Brighton (a four-storey new-build, mixed-use scheme of 28 Lifetime Homes-compliant residential units and ground floor commercial space) and a contemporary new-build single dwelling on the bank of the Thames at Chertsey to replace and original bungalow destroyed by flood in 2014.
