David is a qualified Senior Architectural Technician with more than 20 years’ experience in industry. He’s worked with a number of design-led architectural practices in Yorkshire and brings a wealth of experience to the Box Architects team. In fact, this is David’s second spell with us – this time as an external consultant. His experience spans multiple sectors, including leisure, commercial, infrastructure and defence – on domestic and international projects. He also has extensive experience in the residential sector, from private domestic work and listed buildings and conversions to developer-led private housing, housing association schemes and wide-area master-planning and regeneration. Familiar with a wide range of procurement routes, David has been project lead on a number of award-winning projects. With a thorough understanding of all stages of project delivery and a keen attention to detail, David will help Box achieve creative solutions that pay close attention to commercial concerns, buildability and the requirements for successful project co-ordination. He has a passion for building relationships with clients, design teams and suppliers, and to integrating BIM methodologies, and brings high standards of delivery and a forward-thinking approach to all stages of a project’s lifespan.
