Sophie believes the secret of good design is understanding how a space will be used by the end-user. That means architecture and interior design working hand-in-hand – a holistic approach that lies at the heart of the Box offering. Sophie is committed to building on the strengths of our interior design team, and applying her extensive experience in retail, hospitality, healthcare and transport design, as well as her deep understanding of customer journeys. In a successful career, Sophie used her passion for biophilic design to help regenerate a wing of the listed Leeds General Infirmary to house a state-of-the-art MRI suite. She was also part of the team that won an award for Best Transformational Refurbishment for the renovation of a tired drinker’s pub in the North East.
