Topics at our latest event ranged from the latest thinking on MMC to our sustainability strategy and commitment to Sustainable Development Goals… with a little duck-building for good measure!
The teams also expressed their views on flexible working and new working environments, and shared results (and challenges) from latest projects.
As for the ducks, it was part of a Lego Serious Play® exercise to support communication and problem-solving within the team. Everyone was tasked with building a duck from the same pieces – proving that everyone sees things differently, and there’s not always a right answer.
